Mangiacane - Chianti Classico Riserva, San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Tuscany, Italy (2018)
TASTING NOTES
Ripe cherry and very floral (violets in particular) and toasted oak on the nose. The palate is ripe, round and savoury with a slightly dusty and spicy finish. With slightly lower acidity and tannin than the norm, this makes a really lovely, easier going Chianti Riserva.
