This classic Spanish sparkling wine from the Penedès region has been produced using the classic "methode champanoise" and has had at least two years on yeast lees.
Mas Candi is one of 11 wineries that has chosen to rename its methode sparkling wine from Cava to 'Corpinnat'. The signatories to this name have agreed to uphold very high standards of grape growing and viticulture, use only indigenous varieties, harvest grapes by hand and be as environmentally conscious as possible.
