Meuse "Terroir" Mixed Culture SMASH Ale

TASTING NOTES

This beer starts off sour, then makes room for subtle notes of tropical fruit and an almost earthy honey-like flavour. The finish is dry. 

Terroir has been bottle conditioned and will continue to develop over time.

"SMASH" means a Single Malt And Single Hop were used to produce this beer. In the case of Terroir, it's 100% organic Barley and 100% Centennial Hops, all grown at Meuse's farm south of Brantford.
