The winery, in Centernach is the former cooperative of the village now run by former Burgundian, Paul Meunier.
Lucile and Paul Meunier, this Burgundian couple, sons of a winemaker on Paul's side (Jean-Jacques Confuron) landed in the Agly Valley in 2014 due to Paul's passion for fortified wines. Paul liked the freedom of expression, the great diversity of grape varieties and wines that can be produced there, which give a unique expression to each terroir. Before settling down, Paul went to winemaking in several corners of the world such as Japan, Chile, Portugal, Australia and Lebanon.
