Sonnen Hill "Flower Town" Botanical Saison

TASTING NOTES

A blend of barrel-aged saisons and spontaneously fermented ale, brewed between 2020 and 2023, then aged in oak and stainless steel.  The beer is then infused with chamomile and dandelions from Sonnen Hill's farm. 

Spicy and dry, with earthy and pollen character, plus fruitiness and white gummy bear notes. Complex, with mellow acidity and funk.
