Oude Gueuze Tilquin à l'ancienne

TASTING NOTES

 A fresh lemony nose, with a whiff of Champagne.

The taste is tart and dry, maintaining a slight bitterness from the young oak barrels, which continue to release some tannins.

A spontaneously fermented beer obtained from the blending of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics.

Unfiltered and unpasteurized, it's re-fermented in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months.

The Lambics are made from wort brewed by Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon, fermented and matured in Tilquin's own oak barrels.
