TASTING NOTES
Lime, apricot, earthy, fuzzy peaches, almonds and ginger spice. Dry with a generous broad palate that shows subtle toasty notes on the palate and zippy acidity.

Prince Edward County based Trail Estates source fruit from Niagara's celebrated Craig Wismer for this delectable wine.
Fermented naturally with natural malolactic. Racked out of barrel after 10 months and bottled unfined and unfiltered. 25ppm sulphites and bottled early with results in some natural effervescence. Foot-stomped prior to pressing with dry ice for 5 days. Pressed whole cluster to tank and settled without cooling. This wine was racked several times in the next few days.
