TASTING NOTES

A spontaneously fermented Grenache. Vines are 20 years old and grown on sandy soils. Aged for 10 months in neutral concrete to concentrate the fruit. It is fresh with lovely floral notes, white pepper and big, ripe strawberry fruit, but with a lovely rounded bite.

The history of the domaine dates to 1850, Helen Durand has had control on the domaine since 1996. He uses low intervention techniques for freshness and terroir expression in the wines.
