Fermented in stainless and aged briefly on the lees.
Founded by Raymond Mingot in 1964, Vignoble Mingot is now run by third generation winemaker Julien Mingot.
They are situated at the historic Chateau Marechaux, on the right bank of Bordeaux in the area of Savignac-de-l’Isle, just north of Pomerol, where they farm approx 21 hectares, dominantly of Merlot.
