Viña Bujanda Crianza comes from different vineyards planted in the Rioja Alta and the Rioja Alavesa. It's a single-varietal Tempernillo, native to the Q.D.O. Rioja.
Once the grapes arrive in the winery they are selected, destemmed and put into stainless steel deposits, where the must macerates with the grape skins for two weeks. After the fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in 225 litre barrels, 70% American oak and 30% French oak, before being bottled.
