TASTING NOTES

Zesty, fresh, juicy and a whole lot of fun. A mix of navel oranges picked fresh from the tree and some that are a bit more macerated with candied citrus peel, sweet honey and a touch of fennel.

White grapes were skin macerated together for 5 days, red grapes quickly pressed and the juice of all five grapes combined, fermented and aged together. 

From vineyards on loamy, clay at 850m elevation in the Maipu region of Mendoza.
